Ok so I guess most of you have tried out or at least looked at the new DAPortfolio option now. I must admit I was abit skeptical but in fact I kinda like it! I think its cool how you can have your own name in the address and how it does that slick fadey transition between the images...Oooooooo. lol

And its very user friendly. Honestly I think the best part is now employers can easily download your resume which is always a pain. My only thing is I remember in college every1 sed and its still apparently very unprofessional to show your work to an employer via DeviantArt. Do you guys think DAPortfolio has finally remedied that stigma? Personally Im going to wait and see but Ive started my DAPortfolio for now. Here check it out!

Huhuuuu~!

Hey everyone...so I've finally decided to come out of seclusion (after hours of mindless painting) so I can share with you all the fruits of my labor. I was really hating all the art I have had in my portfolio so far. I think alot of it was put together so long ago that now when I look back on the work it just makes me shudder. lol.

I decided to push my limits and actually break them by doing work I wasn't super good at like environmental designs and fully realistic faces and such. I really wanted to have work that made me feel confident when I apply to employers that yes I AM ready for this and I feel like I can without a doubt do an amazing job for them.

So if youre interested check it out k? Lemme no wut you think as well...Im always open to suggestions...sometimes. ^_^

Hey everyone jes wanted ta put out a quick journal out there acknowledging all the support that the Pokemon L/D community project has been getting so far. I know some of you are feverishly working on it while some of you are still contemplating it.

So ok, my brother and I were talking and apparently I am OBSESSED with Pokemon. lol. I don't think so I jes enjoy playing it on my DS enthusiastically. But in any case I had an idea one day and this is what this piece is based off of.

So what comes after Pokemon Platinum?

Why Pokemon L/D (Pokemon Light and/or Pokemon Dark) of course!

The synopsis as I see it should be the same as how all the classic Nintendo games start. You're a rookie trainer this time in an all new region.

Team Galaxy though is back and with a vengeance! A rogue Professor (Professor Palm) who works with Team G has created a new Pokerus that mimics the effects of Cipher's Shadow Syndrome that infect and turn Pokemon into Shadow Pokemon.

Shadow Pokemon radiate a dark aura that normally cant be seen however they are far from normal. They have shadow moves, enter rabid states called Hyper/Reverse Mode and have no emotions effectively making them battle machines.

The difference this time is that Prof.Palm's Pokerus is designed to also infect Trainers. Any Trainer who unwittingly catches an infected pokemon shortly has his party pokemon infected and then him/herself. Any infected trainer becomes a mindless slave to Team Galaxy. A convenient side effect. The end goal being of course world domination.

So do you play as a Trainer out to purify the Shadow Pokemon and their Trainers? <LIGHT>

Or are you a Shadow Trainer out to destroy everything from Kanto to Sinnoh? <DARK>

So we didnt win (when I say we I meant me or my brother). Not even a space amongst the top 10. I dunno how Edward feels but I was really disappointed. Altho I did want to mention thanks to Steph for the words of encouragement. Thank yewwww!

All I know is Im going to work even harder and be a great artist someday and I'll make Square Enix regret it!
